Danilo Gallinari has finally agreed to a two-year deal with the Boston Celtics.

Danilo Gallinari is an Italian professional basketball player who last played for the Atlanta Hawks of the National Basketball Association.
Danilo spent his first four years as a professional in his native Italy.
He was drafted sixth overall in the 2008 NBA draft by the New York Knicks.
The Italian basketball player was born on August 8, 1988 (age 33 years), in Sant’Angelo Lodigiano, Italy

Gallinari’s deal with Boston is worth $13.3 million and is fully guaranteed.

This deal includes a player option, with Boston using its full Taxpayer Mid-level Exception to sign Gallinari.

After he had spent the last two seasons with the Atlanta Hawks, Gallinari played for San Antonio Spurs as part of the DeJounte Murray trade two weeks ago.

He was immediately linked to the Celtics but had to wait to clear a waiver to sign his contract with Boston.
