The 24-year-old Daniel Hillier was born on 26 July 1998 in New Zealand and he is a professional golf player and the son of Nigel Hillier and Karen Hillier. He turned professional in September 2019 and has won various challenge tours, including the Challenge Costa Brava golf tournament in 2021 and the Swiss Challenge golf tournament in 2022.
Hillier had a successful career as an amateur, winning many amateur golf championships, including New Zealand Amateur in 2015 and 2017, Australian Boys’ Amateur in 2016, and New Zealand Under-19 championship in 2015 and 2016. He started his professional journey as a golf player in September 2019.
