Daniel George Bellinger, a tight end for the National Football League’s New York Giants, was born on September 22, 2000. (NFL). At San Diego State, he participated in college football.
Bellinger attended Palo Verde High School while growing up in Las Vegas, Nevada. In his senior year, Bellinger earned first-team All-State honours at linebacker and was awarded All-Sunset 4A Region at tight end after hauling in 21 catches for 371 yards and three touchdowns.
In 59 offensive plays as a true freshman, Bellinger caught one pass for a gain of ten yards. He hauled in 15 passes for 201 yards and three scores. As a junior, Bellinger hauled in 21 passes for 203 yards.
He hauled in 31 passes for 357 yards and two touchdowns as a senior. Bellinger was given a Senior Bowl invitation at the completion of the regular season. The New York Giants selected Bellinger with the 112th overall choice in the fourth round of the 2022 NFL Draft. Bellinger suffered a quad injury and was added to the list of people who are physically unable to perform on July 21, 2022. Bellinger was deactivated from the PUP list on July 27, 2022. On September 18, 2022, Bellinger made his debut against the Carolina Panthers and caught the ball for a touchdown that tied the game.
