Daniel George Bellinger (born September 22, 2000) is an American football tight end for the National Football League’s New York Giants (NFL). He attended San Diego State University for his college football career.

Bellinger attended Palo Verde High School in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he grew up. Bellinger was named All-Sunset 4A Region at tight end after catching 21 passes for 371 yards and three touchdowns in his senior season, as well as first-team All-State at linebacker.
As a true freshman, Bellinger participated in 59 offensive snaps and caught one pass for ten yards. He hauled in 15 passes for 201 yards and three scores. As a junior, Bellinger hauled in 21 passes for 203 yards. He hauled in 31 passes for 357 yards and two touchdowns as a senior. Bellinger was given a Senior Bowl invitation at the end of the regular season.
The New York Giants selected Bellinger with the 112th overall pick in the fourth round of the 2022 NFL Draft. Bellinger suffered a quad injury and was added to the list of people who are physically unable to perform on July 21, 2022. Bellinger was deactivated from the PUP list on July 27, 2022. On September 18, 2022, Bellinger made his debut against the Carolina Panthers and caught the ball for a touchdown that tied the game. Devin Lloyd poked Bellinger’s eye during the Week 7 matchup with the Jacksonville Jaguars, necessitating surgery to repair his septum as well as fractures on the lower portion of his left eye socket.
