Scottish professional golfer who happens to be one of the most successful players in the history of the Ladies European Tour with 21 tournament victories, Dale Reid has passed away, aged 64.
She is said to have passed away in Townsville, Queensland on 8 November 2023.
Dale Reid’s cause of death
Dale Reid passed away battling with cancer. As it stands, there is little information about her health that led to her demise.
It could be recalled that, in 2010 she was involved in a car crash. In Gladstone, Queensland, a truck she was riding in crashed into a car. She survived with minor cuts and bruises, but the driver of the car and a passenger, an eight-year-old boy, were killed.

As stated before, the late Dale Reid passed away on November 8, 2023, barely 12 hours ago, at the time of this publication.
Her funeral arrangement has not been made known to the general public by her family since it is believed that it has not been finalized yet. It is also believed that the family needs time to finalize her funeral arrangements since she passed away barely 12 hours ago.

Reid was a talented golfer who turned pro in 1979. She was on the LPGA Tour from 1997 to 1998. When became a pro in 1979, She joined the Ladies European Tour and played until 2005.
She topped the Order of Merit in 1984 and 1987 and was made a life member of the tour after collecting her 20th title at the 1991 Ford Classic.
