Christine Maxwell is a British Internet content pioneer and educator, best known as the creator and co-founder of Magellan.
She is also the co-founder of the software company Chiliad and the Program Manager of Learning Technologies at the University of Texas at Dallas.

In June 1986, she married physicist and educator Roger Malina. Malina is an American physicist, astronomer, and Executive Editor of Leonardo Publications by Leonardo, the International Society of Arts, Sciences and Technology which is published by MIT Press.
He is also a distinguished professor of arts and technology, and professor of physics at the University of Texas at Dallas.
