American soccer player Christian Mate Pulisic born September 18, 1998, competes for Premier League club Chelsea and the United States national team as a winger or attacking midfielder.
Most American fans and other players have given him the moniker “Captain America” due to his exceptional play and country of origin.
He joined the club’s youth academy in 2010 and was promoted to the senior team in 2016 at age 17. In 2018, he finished second in the inaugural Kopa Trophy, given to the best player under 21.

Between 1986 and 1989, Mark Pulisic played football for George Mason University. In 73 games, he scored 35 goals in his career. He was chosen for induction into the George Mason Men’s Soccer Hall of Fame in 2012.
Pulisic played for the Harrisburg Heat in the National Professional Soccer League. He was inducted into the team’s Hall of Fame along with three other former players.
