Chord Paul Overstreet is a singer and actor who was born in the United States on February 17, 1989. He is most recognized for his performance as Sam Evans on the television show Glee, which airs on Fox (2009–2015). After graduating from high school in 2007, Overstreet immediately began pursuing his lifelong dream of being a performer. Since the year 2021, he has portrayed a leading role in the comedy series Acapulco, which airs on Apple TV+.
Overstreet was born in Nashville, Tennessee, to the parents Julie (née Miller), a hairdresser, and Paul Overstreet, a country music singer-songwriter. Overstreet himself is a hairdresser. He has an elder brother named Nash Overstreet, who was born in 1986 and plays guitar in the band Hot Chelle Rae. He also has an older sister named Summer, who was born in 1987, as well as three younger sisters named Charity, Harmony, and Skye.
