Lattanzi was born in Los Angeles, California on January 17, 1986, at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Her parents are actress Olivia Newton-John and singer Matt Lattanzi. Her maternal great-grandfather was a well-renowned physicist named Max Born.
Her parents divorced when she was still a child. Both of them have since remarried after their divorce.
Lattanzi has had several plastic surgery procedures since turning 18 that reportedly cost more than $500,000. She received treatment for her addiction to cocaine and alcohol in 2013.
Lattanzi played Chrissy in a Melbourne stage production of the sixties musical Hair. She is also the writer of “Can I Trust Your Arms”, which appeared on her mother’s 2005 hallmark album Stronger Than Before.

Chloe was rumored to be dating James Driskill in 2010. The couple later confirmed they were engaged the same year. She relocated to Oregon in 2017 with her fiancé and the pair purchased a farm and launched a marijuana enterprise. 
In 2020 it was reported that the couple was planning on tying the knot to their almost ten-year engagement.
