Tarita Cheyenne Brando was a French fashion model who lived from 20 February 1970 to 16 April 1995. She was the daughter of Marlon Brando and Tarita Teriipaia, a French Polynesian actress he met while filming Mutiny on the Bounty in 1962.
In May 1987, Cheyenne began dating 23-year-old Dag Drollet. Jacques Drollet was a member of the French Polynesia Assembly.
Because the Brandos and Drollets had known one other for a long time, they met at a gathering. In 1989, Cheyenne became pregnant with their child.
At Marlon Brando’s suggestion, the couple traveled to the United States and into his Mulholland Drive mansion to await the birth of their kid.
Cheyenne Brando’s cause of death
Cheyenne Brando committed suicide. Cheyenne killed herself by hanging on April 16, 1995, at her mother’s residence in Puna’auia, Tahiti.
Her funeral in Tahiti was missed by both her father and her half-brother Christian. She was interred in the family crypt of Dag Drollet’s family in the Catholic Uranie Cemetery in Papeete.
