In the third round of the championship at Etihad Stadium, reigning Premier League winner Manchester City will play Chelsea, who finished second in the Carabao Cup the previous year.
There are seven Premier League matches, with others including Manchester United vs. Aston Villa and Nottingham Forest vs. Tottenham.
Holders League Two teams Newport County and Gillingham will go to Leicester City and Brentford, respectively, while League One outfit Derby County will play at Liverpool.
Wolves host Leeds, Newcastle play Crystal Palace, Bournemouth play Everton, and Premier League leaders Arsenal play Brighton.
The third-round matches will occur from November 8–10.
