Charlie Barnett is an American actor who played the role of firefighter/paramedic Peter Mills on the NBC program Chicago Fire from 2012 to 2015. Among his numerous leading parts on Netflix are those of Alan Zaveri in the comic Russian Doll, Ben Marshall in Tales of the City, and Gabriel Miranda in the suspenseful You.
He was raised till the age of seven on a sailboat in the vicinity of Longboat Key, Florida. When he was six years old, he had his theatrical debut. He went on to participate in numerous operas and musicals with the Sarasota Youth Opera.
