Charles Dance, an English actor most known for portraying severe, authoritarian characters and villains, was born Walter Charles Dance OBE in Redditch, United Kingdom. has been a professional actor for more than three decades.
He is well-known for appearing in a number of motion pictures and television programs, such as Last Action Hero (1993), Alien3 (1992), Dracula Untold (2014), and most recently The Sandman (since 2022).
