Gospel star Celestine Donkor has released a new single, titled “Agbebolo”.
The title which translates as ‘bread of life’ in Ewe dialect talks about the mercies of God and praises him.
It’s perfect for morning devotion among Christian worshippers and suits almost every occasion.
“I never never imagined/I never never dreamt about it/I never knew you’d favor me this way/You turned my life around/Akpè na wò/I never imagined bringing me this far/You’ve turned my life around/Akpè na wò/Thank you Jesus,” Celestine sings over a soft instrumental.
The song features a young new gospel vocalist called Nhyiraba Gideon.
The lyrics of Agbebolo is a powerful one and inspirational as well.
“Agbebolo” comes with a classy visual directed by one of Ghana’s young and experienced directors, Director Abass.
