Casper Robert Van Dien Jr. (born December 18, 1968) is an actor from the United States.
He is best known for playing Johnny Rico in the science-fiction action film Starship Troopers in 1997.

Van Dien, eager to broaden his acting abilities, played a minor role in the video game Wing Commander IV.
