Can Will Smith still win an Oscar?

Yes, he can. Smith, who won his first Oscar this year for Best Actor for his performance in King Richard has been banned by the academy for 10 years after slapping Chris Rock on stage.

However, he can win an award since he can still be nominated for the prestigious honor, but would not be able to pick up the award in person – or virtually if he were to win an award.
