He is approaching this discussion in a different way.
He claimed that he was an authority on the matter since “I lived in Japan,” defending Gosar and his own failure to vote to condemn Gosar.
Can Andy Biggs speak Japanese?
“I grew up in Japan. I was raised in Japan! for a number of years! I can speak Japanese! It’s an anime.

Biggs’ justification in this case is murky, as I suppose you would have to expect from a man who believes that having “lived in Japan” qualifies him to explain anime to Congress and defend his colleague’s insane film in which he kills their coworker.
However, Gosar did not even consider Biggs’ strange defense to be the worst one. That came from Lauren Boebert, who also called Rep. Ilhan Omar a “n*****” and accused Democratic Rep.
Eric Swalwell of having sex with spies during the discussion about Gosar’s censure. classy as always.
