Dreams FC striker John Antwi is full of confidence as his team prepares to take on Zamalek SC in the CAF Confederation Cup semi-final first-leg tie this Sunday.
The FA Cup champions are currently in Egypt for the crucial match, with the return leg scheduled for April 28, 2024.
Antwi, who has an impressive track record in Egyptian football having played for five clubs from 2012 to 2020, is looking forward to the challenge posed by Zamalek. With five goals and two assists in the competition so far, Antwi is one of the top performers for Dreams FC.
Having played for Al Ahly, Pyramids, Gaish, Ismaily, and El Makasa, Antwi is well aware of Zamalek’s history, achievements, and the quality of their players. Despite the tough task ahead, he remains optimistic about his team’s chances.

“It’s not going to be an easy encounter, but I have faith in the team, the effort we’ve put in, and I believe we’ll get a positive result,” Antwi stated.
