America has experienced a lot of mass shootings in recent times with many advocates for gun control crying out for state and federal regulations on gun usage and policies.

In another example of what has become sad and tragic normality in many American neighborhoods, a mass shooting has occurred in the area of Buffalo.

Who are the Buffalo shooting victims?

Preliminary evidence points to a young white male fatally shooting ten black adults and injuring three others in what has been described as an act of racial terrorism. The suspect’s identity has been publicly disclosed as Payton Gendron.

The dead victims of the tragic shooting have been reported to be;

Roberta A. Drury, a 32-year-old family woman who was the youngest to die from the shooting, Margus D. Morrison, who is 52 years of age, Andre Macneil, a 53-year-old man, Aaron Salter, a 55-year-old man, Geraldine Talley, who died at the age of 62, Celestine Chaney, who was 65 years old at the time of the shooting.

The three surviving victims were identified as Zaire Goodman who was the youngest of all the victims only hitting his twenties recently, Jennifer Warrington, and Christopher Braden.

President Joe Biden is set to visit the community to offer his support and condolences to the families and friends of the victims.

He is also expected to reemphasize the increasing need to regulate gun ownership, legislation some Democrats have been pushing for many years.
