Canada has lost one of its legendary motivational speakers, Boris Brott. He died on Tuesday (April 5, 2022), aged 78.
Boris Brott was a renowned Canadian conductor and motivational speaker who was one of the most internationally recognized Canadian conductors.
He has conducted on stages around the world, including Carnegie Hall and Covent Garden.
Additionally, he is known for his innovative methods of introducing classical music to new audiences.

Boris Brott died of injuries in a hit-and-run pedestrian collision.
According to Insideeko.com, he was struck by a vehicle while walking on Park Avenue South at Markland Street. He was transported to the hospital and later succumbed to his injuries.
The Police said a 33-year-old man has been arrested in connection to the crash, which was the first in a pair of collisions that spanned from the downtown core to the city’s west Mountain. No charges have been laid as of early Tuesday evening, Insideeko.com reports.
The driver fled the scene and was arrested on Elmwood Avenue near Garth Street on the Mountain.
Three police officers and the driver were taken to hospital for injuries. The Special Investigations is investigating the arrest due to the injuries, the report added.
