Bob DeWayne Papenbrook was an American voice actor who was born on September 18, 1955, and passed away on March 17, 2006. Because of his work as a voice actor for “gruff” characters, he gained a lot of notoriety in the fields of voice acting for anime and video games. On the other hand, he was perhaps most recognized for his many roles as a live-action voice actor.
In addition to Papenbrook’s work as an actor, he was also a kickboxing and other forms of martial arts instructor. He passed away on March 17, 2006, from a condition that was not contagious.
