Bryce Austin Papenbrook (born February 24, 1986) is a voice actor from the United States who has worked for companies such as Funimation, Bang Zoom! Entertainment, Viz Media, Animaze, Studiopolis, and Scoffer Studios. He has provided voices for various anime programs, most notably those with young male characters.
Bryce Austin Papenbrook was born on February 24, 1986, in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Reseda, the son of voice actresses Debbie Rothstein (born 1956) and Bob Papenbrook (1955–2006). He earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from UCLA in 2007.
Papenbrook and his wife, Samantha, have three children: Ella Papenbrook (born September 5, 2015), Griffin Papenbrook (born January 19, 2019), and Margo Papenbrook (born September 5, 2019). (born August 30, 2021).
Papenbrook began training in Chuck Norris’ Tang Soo Do (also known as American Tang Soo Do) system under his original instructor Steve Clark, and would subsequently learn under Clark’s instructor Dennis Ichikawa and receive his fourth-degree black belt in the system. He is a three-time kickboxing champion who has fought in over 60 contests. He works as a kickboxing instructor at the House of Champions Academy of Martial Arts in Van Nuys, California, on the side.
