Bob Gaiters was an outstanding American professional football player who was brought into the world on February 26, 1938 and suddenly kicked the bucket on January 5, 2024 at the age of 85.

Gaiters attended Santa Ana Junior College for his undergraduate studies before going on to New Mexico State University in 1959. Gaiters concluded his career with the Continental Football League, where he was a standout player for their football team, the Aggies.
In the 1961 NFL Draft, he was selected by the New York Giants, and in the American Football League Draft, by the Denver Broncos. In 31 NFL games, he ran for 848 yards and eight touchdowns.
Following his retirement in 1969, Bob met Righteous Brothers member Bill Medley, who assisted him in launching a successful record production career that began at MGM Records.
