Blueface, the renowned rapper, has reportedly refused to cooperate with the investigation into his alleged stabbing, which has led to the case being rejected by the L.A. County District Attorney’s office for the time being.
According to TMZ Hip Hop, the case against his alleged assailant, Brandon Henrysnell, has hit a roadblock due to Blueface’s lack of cooperation.
The video evidence available does not provide a clear picture of the incident required for a criminal case. Consequently, investigators needed cooperation from witnesses to advance their efforts.
Blueface refused to speak with the attending officer after the confrontation, refused to provide identification, and even turned down medical attention despite posting pictures of his bloodied injuries on social media to convince his followers that he was okay.
On August 24, Brandon Henrysnell surrendered to law enforcement, and he was subsequently arrested for felony assault with a dangerous weapon in connection with the incident.
The case has been stalled as authorities reviewed the available footage, which shows the altercation but lacks the crucial moment when Brandon Henrysnell allegedly stabbed Blueface.
