Blackie Onassis, the drummer of the 90s rock band Edge Overkill, died on Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at the age 0f 57 years. The cause of death is unknown at the moment. 

Blackie Onassis had been part of the band since its beginning to the time it had split up. He first appeared on their 1991 LP ‘The Supersonic Storybook’.

According to sources, Blackie Onassis was arrested for heroin possession after the band released 1994’s ‘Exit the Dragon’. He then left the group two years later but didn’t join the band after it reunited in 2004.

It is unfortunate he died so young and at the age of  57 years old. Unfortunately, no cause of death has been found at the moment.
