The Black Starlets, Ghana’s national under-17 football team, recently showcased their dominance on the pitch with an impressive 5-1 victory over Ivory Coast in the WAFU Zone B Under-17 Championship. However, the team understands the importance of recovery and preparation in order to maintain their winning streak.

Head coach Laryea Kingston led the team in a recovery training session at the Accra Sports Stadium, focusing on exercises that promote physical and mental well-being. The session proved to be successful, with no reports of injuries, much to the relief of the coaching staff and players.

As they gear up for their next match against Benin, scheduled for Tuesday, the Black Starlets continue their preparations with another training session at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium on Friday. With a strong position in the tournament, the team is determined to make a significant impact and showcase their talent on the field.
