Bill Kelly is an American journalist who now serves as the Chief Weather Meteorologist at StormWatch7.
You can see him reporting on the weather on weekdays on ABC7 at 5, 6, and 11 p.m., and on WJLA 24/7 News at 10 p.m. In addition to that, for the past twenty or so years he has been a certified active member of the National Weather Association.
