William Bill Cunningham was a renewed American actor, and singer. He was enamored with the movies when he was young and eventually found his way to Hollywood.
However, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy and served aboard the PGM11 minesweeper craft during World War II. With his interest in singing, he joined and toured with Fort Emory Drum and Bugle Corp, playing to audiences throughout the Pacific theater.
Bill died in New York City on July 15, 2023. He was aged 96.
