Big Brother has seen a number of unusual occupations over the years, but Daniel Durston may be bringing something fresh to the table for season 24.
There are several views of what an impersonator is, and we’re not simply talking about a guy who performs at birthday parties or bothers his pals with impersonation in this case.
This is a person who has an Instagram account full of Elvis-related acts, including a role in Elvis: The Musical.
The trouble about Daniel being on this program is that he’s practically certain to do Elvis impersonation all the time, which might lead to feeding outages if he begins singing.
That aspect is already vexing. Still, we enjoy seeing interesting occupations and tales on our show, and this is something fresh. We’ve had both Vegas and stage artists on the program previously – Rachel Swindler was a Vegas performer when she appeared, and Tommy Bracco was a Broadway actor in New York. The Elvis factor is what sets this place apart from the rest.
