Palmer was reportedly admitted to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center’s ICU in Los Angeles in 2012.

Depp was last seen taking his mother and his wife, Amber Heard, out to dinner in 2014.

Depp and his mother had a close bond.

On his left upper arm, the 52-year-old actor has a tattoo of her name, “Betty Sue,” inside a heart that he supposedly received in the late 1980s, and in 1995, he spent nearly $1 million on a 43-acre Kentucky property for his mother.

Depp discussed his mother’s terrible upbringing in a 2013 interview with Rolling Stone.
