George A. Dailey and Elizabeth Ann (born Lynn) Dailey are the parents of just one child, Betty Lynn. In 1926, she was born in Kansas City, Missouri. Her father was a civil engineer who was the first employee of Kansas City before moving on to work as a private contractor. He was the first to accomplish it, making him famous.
