The Member of Parliament for Bawku Central, Mahama Ayariga, has called on Ghanaians to reject Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia as the next president in the upcoming 2024 elections.
Speaking at the National Democratic Congress (NDC) campaign launch on Saturday, July 27, Ayariga criticized Bawumia’s leadership of the government’s Economic Management Team, accusing him of steering the country towards economic collapse.

He emphasized Mahama’s ability to deliver stable economic growth and stability, contrasting it with the economic challenges experienced under Bawumia.
Ayariga concluded by urging Ghanaians to vote for John Dramani Mahama in the upcoming elections, citing his experience and proven track record in economic management as reasons to support him.
