Longtime rivals Jim Carrey and Tommy Lee Jones are said to have started fighting on the set of their 1995 picture, Batman Forever, which many DC Comics fans now consider to be one of the worst entries in the franchise.
Right now, they are not close friends.

Since completing the filming of Batman Forever all those years ago, Jim Carrey and Tommy Lee Jones have avoided collaboration.
Although they have both appeared as themselves in a few short documentaries on the making of the Batman movies and as presenters at a few of the same award shows, the two have not worked together since 1995.
However, it doesn’t appear that one of them is still harboring resentment, at least not in the open.
Tommy Lee Jones, who is now 75, is still actively working while Jim Carrey recently announced his intention to retire from acting.
The Burial, his upcoming movie with Jamie Foxx, is presently in development.
