On her own Facebook Watch program “Red Table Talk,” Smith spoke with her. Long, who has known the actors for a very long time, praised the couple in an interview with Entertainment Tonight for having the “courage” to be open and genuine about their relationship issues.
Long expressed disappointment that the public had condemned Smith, whom she described to as a “icon,” for how he had handled Pinkett Smith’s revelation. People should “back off and leave them alone,” she said.
