Wendy Shay, a Ghanaian artist, has stated that she is content with her earnings from her singing career and does not participate in money-motivated affairs with affluent men, as some members of the public believe.
She repeated that she is not readily tempted by social media to sleep with wealthy men in order to obtain more money and live a luxury lifestyle, emphasizing that such thoughts do not enter her head even when she is in desperate need of anything.
Wendy disputed individuals who believe she lives such a lifestyle in a video published by Zionfelix on his Facebook page, which GhanaWeb saw.
“I think it’s about time I addressed some issues since I’m unhappy. I am pleased with the money I make from music, whether it is 5,000 cedis or 100,000 cedis. I am not a greedy person, and I do not let myself be pressured. By God’s blessing, I can now afford a Range Rover, so I realize the value of building on what you already have.
“I’m not the type of lady you can associate with a huge man or a Sakawa boy; I don’t do it. Any wealthy man who claims to have had sex with me for money should come forward and make it public. Some people are making up stuff like this, and people believe them,” she said.
