Anne Celeste Heche is an American actress. She first came to recognition portraying twins Vicky Hudson and Marley Love on the soap opera Another World, winning her a Daytime Emmy Award and two Soap Opera Digest Awards.
Anne was born on May 25, 1969, in Aurora, Ohio. She is the youngest of five children of Nancy Heche and Donald Joseph Heche. Anne’s family moved eleven times during her childhood; at one point, they lived in an Amish community.
Anne had a relationship with Ellen DeGeneres. The two started dating in 1997, and at one point, said they would get a civil union if such became legal in Vermont. However, they broke up in August 2000 and their breakup became subjects of widespread media interest.

Over the weekend a representative stated that Anne was in stable condition but that information was inaccurate. She has always remained in critical condition, slipping into a coma following the accident.
The 53-year-old was filmed speeding down a quiet suburban street in Mar Vista. Moments later, the Hollywood star crashed into a two-storey home nearby. Emergency crews pulled Anne Heche out of the car and rushed her to the hospital.
