Actress Anne Heche crashed into a Los Angeles home on Friday, and she is currently in critical condition.
According to sources, Heche was behind the wheel of the car that struck the house and set it on fire.

Heche was extricated from the car by firefighters after they put out the flames.
The accident’s origin is still a mystery.

Heche does not identify as gay, and the two haven’t been romantically involved in more than 20 years.
