Andy Carroll, a former England player, has been involved in a horrible head-on collision. He struck a Ford Fiesta with his Mercedes GLS SUV, sending it 30 yards down the road.
The ex-West Ham striker appeared dazed and in absolute disbelief, according to witnesses who live on the suburban street, as he exited from his luxurious vehicle.
The 33-year-old footballer then hurried over to see how the three occupants of the red Fiesta were doing.
Carroll’s black Merc’s front wheel broke off. Additionally damaged were side panels and a portion of the bumper.
According to witnesses, both Carroll, who had been driving, and the female Fiesta driver underwent breathalyzer testing. There were no detentions.
Carroll and his male companion were unharmed. However, after complaining of chest symptoms, a male Fiesta passenger in his 50s was rushed to the hospital.
Another vehicle was struck in the devastation caused by the head-on collision of the Fiesta and Mercedes.
