Agnelli resigned as chairman of the Italian football team Juventus F.C. on November 28, 2022, following a Financial Accounts Probe requested by the Italian Football Federation that revealed “astonishing” evidence of wrongdoing.
Agnelli was elected to the UEFA Executive Committee in 2015 after serving as chairman and executive member of the European Club Association. He is a descendant of the industrialist Agnelli family.
