Amber Augusta Rudd was born on August 1st, 1963. She is a former British politician who served as the Home Secretary from 2016 to 2018 and the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions from 2018 to 2019.
She was the Conservative Party’s Member of Parliament (MP) for Hastings and Rye, having been elected in 2010.
She resigned from parliament in 2019. She considers herself a one-nation conservative and has supported both socially and economically liberal ideas.
