Amber Heard testimony: Is Amber Heard testifying?
Heard has vehemently denied injuring Depp’s finger.
Her lawyers have argued that she told the truth in the Washington Post article and that her viewpoint was protected as free speech under the First Amendment of the United States Constitution.
