Alvin Mentian Kamara (born July 25, 1995) is an American football running back for the New Orleans Saints of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at the University of Tennessee after transferring from Hutchinson Community College and was drafted by the Saints in the third round of the 2017 NFL Draft.

He was named the NFL Rookie of the Year in 2017, has been a Pro Bowler in all five of his NFL seasons, and is a two-time second-team All-Pro. In 2020, Kamara became the second player in NFL history to score six rushing touchdowns in a single game, tying Ernie Nevers.

Kamara is not yet married but is said to be in a relationship with Te’a Coper who is a basketball player for the Los Angeles Sparks in the Women’s National Basketball Association.

Alvin Kamara was born on July 25, 1995, to a Liberian mother. Alvin spent his childhood in Norcross, Georgia. He is one of the two children of his mother Adama Kamara.
