The encouraging parents enrolled their kids in tennis so they could pursue professions in the sport. He began playing tennis with his sister when he was five years old. At the age of five, Machac began playing tennis, slamming the ball against a wall as his sister Katerina played (ATP). His mother is named Daniela, and his father goes by Tomas as well.
Machac has been training at TK Sparta Praha in Prague since he was 10 years old, and he hasn’t looked back since. Daniel Vacek, a former tennis player from Czechoslovakia who started professionally in 1990 and retired in 2003, is Tomas Machac’s coach. The 50-year-old reached a record-breaking 26th place in the international singles rankings. After his successes in 2021, Machac might become one of the breakout stars in 2022.
