She is best known as the pianist, guitarist, and vocalist in the American pop-rock band Haim, along with her two older sisters, Este and Danielle, who, in 2020, received a Grammy Award for Album of the Year nomination for their third album, Women in Music Pt. III. Alana is also known for playing a role in Licorice Piza.
