More than 25,000 fans and supporters of Saudi Arabian club Al Nassr FC thronged the Mrsool Park to witness the unveiling of Portuguese international soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo.

Unlike Real Madrid’s unveiling of the club’s legend, Al Nassr FC went crazy; chanting his name throughout the ceremony. That wasn’t all, his viral celebration sound was the icing on the cake.

Cristiano Ronaldo, who had a rocky end to his career with Manchester United following his explosive interview with Piers Morgan, received an unveiling equivalent to his legendary status.

From his appearance in the yellow and blue tunnel to gifting a signed ball to a young fan, the unveiling was a sight to behold. His girlfriend Georgina and children were also present to witness the unveiling.

The former Juventus forward promised to give his best to the club and help them win trophies.

The Champions League winner is expected to earn £173 million ($75 million) per year with the Saudi Arabian club. His deal lasts 2-and-half years, but it’s unclear whether there is a contract extension clause in the deal.

It has also been reported that his contract also allows him to join Newcastle United on loan if they qualify for the Champions League at the end of the season. This is because the owners of Al Nassr FC are also owners of Newcastle.
