It appears October 2018 is ending with a host of unfortunate developments emanating from the marital circles of some Ghanaian celebrities.
Just few days ago, Black Stars captain, Asamoah Gyan was in the news for reportedly commencing divorce proceedings against his wife. Well, it appears Gyan is not the only celebrity going through a beleaguered period.
It has just emerged that former Black Stars midfield dynamo, Michael Essien’s marriage is also hitting a snag as his wife, Akosua Puni has reportedly packed her belongings out of their matrimonial home.
According to Ghanacelebrities, this is due to a confession made by Gambian-born Ghanaian socialite and actress, Princess Shyngle in an interview on Delay’s show. The actress confessed that she dated Michael Essien for a year. She however claimed she was unaware that Essien was married when they were dating.
Akosua Puni is reported to have packed all her things from her matrimonial home after she became privy to the disclosure that his husband was engaging in escapades with Princess Shyngle.
