Controversial dancehall star Shatta Wale has threatened to slap highlife legend Aka Blay if they meet.
According to the “Ayoo” hitmaker, Aka Blay wants to ride on his fame so he will make sure he assaults him.
He made the threat via Facebook following the “Taking Away” hitmaker’s recent comment on his brand.
Aka claimed Shatta Wale is a bad influence to the you and advised him to be a good leader.
“With his large fan base, I don’t expect Shatta Wale to use certain words and engage in indecent acts. I know he has the largest fan base in Ghana at the moment but what impact is he making on them?” Aka told Graphic Showbiz. “The youth are engaged in all sorts of bad activities because they see him as their role model and blindly copy what he does,”
“I expect a lot from him as the leader he claims to be because the youths are going wayward and I will blame it largely on him,” he concluded.
His statement didn’t go down well with Shatta Wale hence he issued a threat: “Some artiste just don’t to work hard and all they need is hype from my sweat ,so ibe slap dem go chop tek add the hype… Alka blay pray I don’t meet you ..it’s just slap I will give you fool … aboaba aponkye m3333 [sic]!!!!”
