The Executive Chairman of the KGL Group and current EMY Man of the Year, Alex Apau Dadey, has made a compelling call for a new era of leadership in Africa.

He highlighted the untapped potential of the African diaspora, comprising around 150 million individuals worldwide, and emphasized the need to create platforms for them to engage in local communities, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
