Adrian Gerald Amos Jr. was born on April 29, 1993. He is a strong safety for the National Football League’s Green Bay Packers. Prior to being chosen by the Chicago Bears in the fifth round of the 2015 National Football League Draft, he played college football for Penn State. Calvert Hall College High School in Towson, Maryland was where Amos attended school. Rivals.com gave him a three-star recruit rating. When he first announced his pledge, he planned to play college football for the University of Connecticut.
Amos represented Penn State from 2011 until 2014. As a true freshman cornerback and member of the special teams, he took part in each of the 13 games. Seven tackles and a pick-six were made by him. As a sophomore in 2012, Amos started all 12 games and recorded 44 tackles along with two interceptions. As a junior in 2013, Amos started all 12 games, switching between cornerback and safety. At the end of the season, he had 50 tackles, one interception, and 2.5 sacks. As a senior, he once again started every game and finished with 42 tackles and three interceptions.
