Adewole Adebayo, a Nigerian attorney, who is the founder of KAFTAN TV and now a candidate for president of Nigeria’s Social Democratic Party (Nigeria) was born on January 8, 1972.

In Ondo State’s Ondo City, Adewole was born. He attended Ondo’s St. Stephen Primary School from 1978 to 1983. He studied at Ondo’s St. Joseph College from 1983 to 1989. He attended Obafemi Awolowo University from 1991 to 1997 and graduated with a law degree there. After finishing his coursework at the Nigerian Law School in Lagos and passing the bar exam, he was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2000. After completing his legal school in the US and passing the New York Bar Exam, Adebayo started practising law.

At Tunji Abayomi and Co. in Lagos, Nigeria, Adewole Adebayo started his legal career as a litigation attorney. He established his own law business, Adewole Adebayo & Co., House of Law, in 2002 after two years of legal practice.

Femi Falana (SAN) contested the legality of the agreement between the Ministry of Interior, the Nigeria Immigration Service, and Continental Transfert Technique Limited for the collection of combined expatriate and residence permit alien card (CERPAC) fees in one of the cases his law firm handled in Nigeria. The Federal Government and Femi Falana were parties to this lawsuit. Continental Transfert Technology Ltd was represented in the case by Adebayo.
